Seedlings of Change support the sustainable use of natural resources. This means each of us works in harmony 'together' to help save our planet and do our part to help reduce the environmental impact each one of us makes. T.E.A.C.H. The Hope for Children Development Group's Farming Initiative Project is among the three projects in 2010 selected to be Seedlings of Change ‘Bread for the Soul’ mini grants recipient. This Farming Initiative project takes place at St Regina Primary & Vocational School in Kayunga, Uganda Africa. It is necessary for the children and community at large. The students, teachers and parents are working with an integrated system of plant and animal production practices to satisfy human food needs, enhance environmental quality and natural resources that benefit the earth.
Sustainable Smiles Student Action Program (S.A.P.) enables students to lead the way to a greener future. This program is important in empowering students and community members in becoming actively dedicated to improving and preserving environmental quality. By teaching students how to become environmental entrepreneurs and activists S.A.P. will allow students to bring the community together, creating a lasting impact.

While similar in format to Craigslist, the CGS focuses on all that is creative, including: photography, exhibition opportunities, graphic design, writing and editing, web design, music gigs, general art gigs, artist to artist help, education and teaching opportunities, calls to artists, residencies, and items and services wanted.
